It's been a while since my last blog and I'm writing about a topic that has never been really significant to me, a superstition called Friday the 13th. The popular western superstition, also known as Black Friday, is an unlucky day if Friday falls on the 13th of the month. So it's never been that significant to me because I've always survived Friday the 13ths with no unlucky happenings. Bad luck comes when it does, regardless of the date or day of the week. It's just a superstition. However, yesterday was different. November 13 fell on a Friday and I was in a company teambuilding event in a very nice resort. I spent my free time biking around the beautiful place. The sun was up, the sky clear, the lush landscape complemented everything.
